A Weekend to Come Back to Yourself

The Nervous System Reset: A Heartwood at Vassar x MĒNOS Retreat

November 13-15, 2026

Set against the quiet autumn beauty of the Vassar College arboretum, The Nervous System Reset is an intimate, 3-day immersion designed to soften the noise, step out of constant urgency, and reconnect with a steadier rhythm. In partnership with MĒNOS, we invite you into a space where deep rest is not just an afterthought, it is the entire practice.

The Experience & Intention

Beyond the Pace of Urgency

Modern life constantly asks us to perform, respond, and produce. This weekend is an invitation to pause that noise. Through a curated blend of intentional breathwork, sound healing, gentle movement, nervous-system education, and botanical skincare rituals, you will learn to listen to what your body has been holding.

This isn't about fixing who you are; it’s about creating enough safety and stillness to remember the clarity that exists beneath the surface.

What Awaits You

  • Nervous System Education & Integration: Understand your body's stress responses and leave with custom tools to navigate daily life with ease.
  • Guided MĒNOS Skin Ritual: Experience an interactive, touch-focused skincare session connecting botanical formulas to emotional well-being.
  • Quiet Healing: An osteopathic exploration of pain, perception, and mind-body safety led by Dr. Katie Hatt, DO.
  • Restorative Movement & Sound: Unwind with beginner-friendly morning yoga, grounding meditation, and immersive soundscapes.
  • Nourishing Hudson Valley Dining: Shared meals, curated light bites, and local flavors hosted at The Salt Line at Vassar.
